Cancellation & Returns Policy
We have a 14-day cancellation and returns policy, which means you have a 14-day cooling off period after receiving your item to cancel the order and return the item for a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

On notification of your cancellation and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label if you are in the UK, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

On confirmation of approving your return, you have the following options: 

  • You can cancel the original order and obtain a refund; or
  • You can request another print of your choice in exchange by making another order; or
  • If you are returning a damaged item you can request a replacement.

Damages and issues
It is important that you inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If you are located outside the UK and have paid shipping charges for the delivery, please return the item at your cost and we will credit you for the delivery charge and a replacement item will be sent to you free of charge. Please note we can only refund the basic delivery cost not the cost of an enhanced or express delivery service chosen by you.


If you wish to exchange an item please contact us within the 14-day period, and once the return is accepted and a credit is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item which will be despatched on receipt of the original item.  Shipping costs for an exchanged item are payable by you, except where the exchange is for a damaged item. 

If you wish to exchange a damaged item, we can only replace it with the same item. Please contact us to arrange to return the damaged item and a replacement will be despatched on receipt. Shipping costs will be paid by us.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Your Consumer Rights

Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
